PG Soft Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Your access, download, installation, registration, of any Game shall be deemed an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and an confirmation that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by it.

6.8 In the event of failure of technical facilities, which may disrupt the Games, PG Soft shall be under no liability for any loss or damage thereby.

7. Termination and Appeal

7.1 Termination by Us: PG Soft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and/or access to the Games, in its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to below actions:

  • a) The breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other laws, rules, or policies come in to play which are concerning to the games.
  • b) Deceptively engaging in, damaging or illegal conduct.
  • c) Fake, imprecise, or misunderstood information provided.
  • d) Meeting the eligibility requirements are not satisfied.
  • e) Cheating, conspiracy or any other type of unfair play.
  • f) Any other behavior that PG Soft considers to be damaging to the integrity or operation of the Games.

7.2 Termination by Bettor: In case you wish to shut down your account at any given moment, you can contact to PG Soft Customer support and request for account cancellation.

7.3 Effect of Termination: After you close your account, you not only lose access to all games but also any features linked to it, other benefits like bonuses and pending promotions.

7.4 PG Soft shall retain within our authority, parts of or all your accounts' money being listened in on for clarification purposes.

7.5 Appeal Procedures: For those who think that their accounts were mistakenly terminated, PG Soft has an option for you to file an appeal against it.

7.6 An appeal against such decisions must be made in written format specifying why an individual is raising that appeal together with any supporting documents that could help serve such a cause.

7.7 PG Soft will look into your appeal and issue our verdict. Our final decision is conclusive and legally binding.
